Pink Depression Glass - Sunburst Pattern 10" Long Oval Serving Tray/Celery Tray

What a great looking pink Depression Glass bowl. It is in the Sunburst Pattern and when it was produced celery was becoming ever so popular. It was traditional for dinner settings to have special bowls for different food items. In this case the bowl was created to accommodate Celery and carrot sticks, the most popular, before dinner condiment at the time. The bowl has a ridged edge.
