Perfect for your kitchen countertop, this beautiful McCoy vase is a window image of a bird in a branch. The simplistic design would make this the perfect splash of color for any modern designed space. There are two slight chips on the edges of the vase (see photos, they are not very noticeable as are on the backside), but no other damage than that. The bird's glaze is beginning to fade, but this is a vase that has been used and loved since it was crafted in 1951, making the vase more porous and not recommended to hold liquid anymore. The once blue bird is now a snowy white with blue tipped wings. It would be a great bookend if weighted down by filling half full of a little sand or rice. The vase is 9 inches high and 6 inches wide, 2.75 inches deep. **Our antique items will naturally have signs of wear, age, and production imperfections.
