This graceful bowl was part of a series of glassware by L.E. Smith Co. The Moon and Starts Collection was one of the most popular and valued of the brand. This piece is a Banana Boat, especially styled to hold bananas while keeping them fresh. It is truly spectacular to see when filled with fresh yellow/green bananas. The bowl is in excellent condition with no chips or scratches. It was in part of a Moon and Stars collection, which was displayed but rarely, if ever, used!
