This gorgeous handmade Korean vase is glazed in jade green celadon, also known as green ware. This type of transparent glaze, has small crackles in it after firing, which is a sought-after characteristic, referred to as "Crackle Glaze". The design is inlaid under the glaze, a process started between the 10th and 12th century. The bottom of the vase is signed in Korean by the artist Han Gi Woong of Icheon, Korea.
It measures 5" tall with a circumference of 17" around its widest part.
