Hand Painted Floral with Green Border Cake/Sweets Server - 1940s

Lots of love has kept this cake tray in beautiful condition. It measures 10.5 inches in diameter and has small cutouts to help hold the tray level. There is a pretty bunch of chrysanthemums, backed by tiny blue blossoms in the center section, surrounded by a border of emerald green. There is gold on the scalloped edge. Do you have a fall shower planned? This would be a perfect tray to serve cookies or other sweets. The Tray does not have a makers mark, but is a classic example of trays coming from Germany and England from 1920 through the 1940s
