1973 Mini Model Aluminum Train- Elton John Album Release Party - Gebr. Hildner

This Gebr. Hildner aluminum mini model train is a great find. The train was given away at Elton John's Goodbye Yellow Brick Road release party as a promotional item. This rare find would make a wonderful decorative piece for fans of Elton John and trains alike. There is no marking on the piece to indicate the Gebr. Hildner design, likely because they were a special order to use as a promotional item at the release party. The train came from the estate of a nationally known photographer who contracted with popular magazine companies from 1950 to 2000.

The train is in great condition.

Dimensions: 0.5"H x 0.5" W x 7" L (when assembled). Each car is about 1" in length, and there are 7 cars in the train.
